Q:Can I modify or cancel my order?

A:If your order hasn't been paid yet, you can change the information above your order. If you have paid, because our goods are From Amzon FBA, which means that FBA will be responsible for warehousing, shipping, return logistics service, we have no way to change your order operation. You need to cancel the order and then replace them again.

 

Q:Do you have any physical store?

A:Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents or outlets yet. We only have an Amazon online store at the present.

 

Q:Do you ship to my country?

A:At the moment,we only ship to the United States.However,we're planning to begin shipping our products to additional countries in the future and we are very excited that you are interested in purchasing from our store.
